Biography
Chef Story
Jontrese Wright, the chef and entrepreneur of JT Catering, is a Los Angeles Ca. native from the Baldwin Hills area. I received my official training at the College of Le Cordon Bleu in Pasadena, Ca. I have experience working at J.W. Marriott L.A., Langham Huntington Hotel, Patina Catering, and Tres LA Catering.
My passion for food comes from the many years of watching his parents cook for family gatherings. His BBQ catering menu is filled with recipes passed down from his father and mother with his touch. The flavors created by JT Catering are tasty, unique, bold, and always leave a lasting memory on the taste buds. Everything is made with love, and has a high end look, and taste exquisite!
He is now debuting his Just Wright BBQ Brand. He is available for catering services, festivals, and pop-up events. He also has BBQ sauce and seasonings available for purchase.
