SERVICES STANDARDS:

Depending on your level of formality, we offer several serving style options: cocktail, buffet, family platters and curbside. We will help plan, create and execute a food experience. We use 100% compostable/biodegradable tableware and cutlery for serving. 

ON-SITE GRILLING & OPERATIONS FEE:

This is the minimum fee required to reserve our services. It includes your consultation and basic expenses involved with executing a local private event; including, but not limited to, delivery, set-up, equipment, tableware, utensils, food/beverage service, break-down, clean-up, taxes, fees and fuel.


 Gratuity is 18% of the bill so we can train and promote quality candidates to take care of you for your event.


For small scale gatherings, parties and events under 100 guests; the fee is $750 ($1, 000 for holidays) for up to 3 hours of service. Mother's day, Easter, 4th of July, Thanksgiving, Memorial day, Christmas and New Years day.


 An additional travel fee is added for events outside of our service area. For out of state invitations, all expenses are to paid by clients.

DELIVERY:

Delivery is available for bulk/catering orders. Delivery within the first 5 miles is for free. 

The surcharge is based on your location.

HOURS OF OPERATION:

We are a mobile food service. We do not have a traditional brick & mortar, nor do we keep traditional hours of operation. We are always on the move, cooking & serving up good bbq. We customize our hours based on our customer's needs. We operate out of a micro-enterprise kitchen. The best way to contact us is email, text message or direct message.
